The lvl 20 wings can be used from lvl 10. I already tried them.

There is a point. Once you get the fb weapon, you can trade it with general Summers for either an Hp or Mp bronze charm. You might aswell because the weapon you get out of lvl 20 stash is better.

You should never just make all of your stats equal. That would be a total fail. For veno's (since you are not that experianced) this should be your build 9 mag 1 str every 2 levels. This is NOT by any means the only build, but the easiest for newcomers.
