You can't change the location, but you can activate it. Just hover mouse over the bash skill and right click it...it'll turn it on automatic. I do it in succession with activating the other skills.

Are you talking about the spiritual cultivation that you're supposed to do at 39? The soul condensing orb, and it tells you to go to Broken Plain and speak to the ghost? If so, you need to die to activate the quest. It's a known bug, everyone has to die. Or at least that's what I was told.

I voted for the Dane, but really, I get a kick out of all of the WC spammers. There are just some of them that really tickle the funny bone when they get going. Urban, most definitely, DarkRings, IEatBabies, eh there are a few others that will usually have me laughing.
