yeah ^ for most of the lower level bosses, as long as the tank is between you (the cleric) and the boss... and you're at max heal range, you'll be ok. In any case, sereneti's aoe is magic based and shouldn't hit you too hard.

Citrine sharded stuff tend to be easier to sell/buy. If you want garnets at lvl 7x chances are you'll have to shard them yourself and later resell for almost nothing. Yes, IH could be put into a combo like anything else. You just can't have them side by side. So if it's just a heal macro, switch it up with wellspring + IH. (Or if you ever get sage m attack buff, you can cycle IH + spirit's gift to not spend any mana <-- great afk heal macro).
