server redundancy please... are these servers kept in a basement and ran by a new IT grad? you'd think they'd learn to implement redundancy already as this isn't the first time.

when something goes wrong its like people wanna commit mass suicide... from what i understand disabled hypers in instances are default. upon these bigger updates we've seen things get screwed up (like the duke shouting everything you get from packs). unless you're a new player, this shouldn't be much of a surprise...things…
