Tried to find these NPC. In North Archo near the Craftsmen there is no NPC giving me a quest. Someone has coordinates please? I Noticed, that i got these treasurebox only when logging in with the US Client. Then a system Message popup appears and i got this item. If i using the european client this message do not appear.
