try relogging your account. sometimes the hypers get stuck with a few seconds remaining when they are actually gone. for the quests, in the quest window hit the show/hide all button on the bottom far left i think it is. then use the track button. see if that helps.

ah pet skills sry. you have to buy upgrade scrolls and new skill scrolls from Mrs. Zoologist in South eastern corner of archosaur. each skill upgrade is 200k new skill scrolls range from 150k - 900k some of them can only be gotten at events or in high lvl dungeons though.

in lost city near the venomancer skill person there is a pet trainer/skills person. I forget her name. the skills are under the "Tame Pet" option at the npc.

imo, unless you plan on spending money on the low lvl pets and lvling their skills. just tame one at higher lvls. but either way. eventually you will have the same problem. the lvl 32s attack will still be lackin against the higher lvl mobs. so, imo, I prefer to spend the money making a decent pet from the low lvl ones.…

it depends on the build. if you are going a magic/arcane armor build then you won't be using fox form for fighting.
