Enter fb59 and kill the guards in front of the fire part (go right, second entrance). In front of the fire entrance is a pillar. Dig that. A Craglord appears. Defeat him within 5 minutes (easy). Then talk to the second craglord.

Its just plain stupid to show the "offline" status. If ur not online ur offline. Just show 1 of the status not both.
