  • After testing, I found out that it DOES NOT flag you for pvp, but instead it does not allow you to heal a person that is flagged and in PvP combat. At least that's how it worked for me.

  • I'm not entirely sure what you are asking, but if you want to see customizations, then you have to go to the options menu, and under one of the tabs is a "Customizations" option which will show all players (in your allowed detail range) to show as they really are instead of the genereic. I think the tab is UI or game, but…

  • If there are no skills listed in the list, then you have nothing new to learn for that level. If you open up the skill tree, you can hover over the skills to see at which levels you will learn them. So just level up a little more and go check again.
