He's north of Archosaur. Track him using your quest log by clicking the green- it'll take you right to his caveb:victory It's actually, so i've heard, the fb29. It's a dungeon with lvl 30's, so be careful!

I completely agree with drawthetide. I level both, and keep tideform at level one for more spirit. you can't use skills with it, so it's kinda pointlessb:surrender I love my psychic. I also find black voodoo and soul of vengence=pwnage. At any rate, PSYCHIC FTW!!!! b:victory
