well i hit 71 a couple days ago and i decided to finally do world quest but the Li Mengpai guy doesnt have it for me, its not in my repeatable quest list either. how do i start it or do i have to talk to someone else first or what? b:angry b:surrender

i have a little problem, i was trying to make a wep for my BM and the wep required 3 honors of light, i only have 2. i cant get any light quests because im above 50 but it has the little flag above her head and i cant get shadow quests either, what do i do D: b:angry b:shocked
