you do know that 3-1 is not meant for you? its meant for people high 8x-low 9x to farm 90 gear. new fix...level limits on dungeons. if any member of party is too high cant do the dungeon.

Change it so that if any member of the party has over 3.0 aps they get the changed version. No one over 3.0 aps they get the original version. Then its possible for the people to farm their gear and the people who are only doing it to get rich have to work for it.

You do know that 8 people 8x-9x has already prepack gears has already done a PVE TW in under 1 hour? Top guilds now could sent 3 people and be done in 20 minutes.

Honestly to be realistic claws should be barb/veno only since they are beast characters and are the only ones with claws. Just a little common sense for you to think about. Time for the raging BMs..."Dont take away my claws"

personally i think it makes more sense for any veno in party to take those since when you add in aps devour>3 venos combined. pet cant keep agro from high aps and without reflect pet damage is minimal.
