We usually read the entirety of what you post.. just the English is a little off. Nef are just plain unable to punish a lot of members, Devalis lacks influence in the faction, gaining Leadership by seniority rather than popular vote does that. Besides Devalis kicking trash talkers is pretty hypocritical.
