Interesting. It looks well balanced, but then i wonder if it would end up to a "Son of nothing" or something useful. Surely the magic sword's build is more balanced than the claw's one (phys atk and matk terms). But to use it properly, i prefer the magic sword. Surely i'd like to be a claw cleric!! This is reasonable. You just want to be balanced in your parameters. But even if you will have a little more hp and phys defense compared to a full magic build, you could have survival problems anyway. After all, Cleric is a magic class and it gets few hps.
