No mention of Nightscream? Sheesh... The pirate-types on the west side of the island are about your level, and should offer up plenty of drops (soup, mostly, pirates like their soup). Used to be you'd fight BMs or entire Zhen groups to get a quest done for 'em, but between Frost and BH, the place is a ghost-town anymore.
