I'd dare argue that if all of the 'unpopular' pets get new forms, they might actually jump to competitive/useful status after 100. Though that's based on my limited understanding of this new system. For all I know, the relative stat growth of the new forms are proportionate to the stats of each of the other pets.

As someone that regularly opens 2 clients and levels 2 characters at once... I can deal.

All the more reason to boost the rep gain. I'm pretty sure rank 1 needs 300. Or at least that was the case before. And IMO, it's not close to being enough to the amount of incentive rep needed to get newbs that want to powerlevel to R9 out of FC and experience something else in the game.
