Soo... Basically I have four chances to increase my genies maximum lucky points? lvl 10-50? Hmm... So the genie can only be at my own level, so if I get to level 60 will it be able to gain more lucky points as long as I level as well? And thanks for the reply, it cleared up quite a bit for me. =]

If you play your cards as an archer right, you wont need to buy pots or use it atall. Training your apothecary level is one of these things you could benefit greatly from.
