I use Splashtop Streamer. I'm pretty sure one version charges while the other is free, but I never had to pay and can use it anywhere. The controls take some getting used to but now I can even solo PV on my phone. Pretty sweet.

I personally use google docs to make a list of what I need. pwdatabase.com will tell you what mats you need for your gear ecatomb.net > Bosses > TT will show you all the bosses locations and what they drop.

Join Magebane, or Nautica, or Borealis... or really any of the factions with good leaders willing to help. Most of the factions that accept low levels have TT mats banks and do faction runs. OR- if you know EXACTLY what you need, hit me up in game and I'll spare a few runs. Just bring subs!
