Yes the Medal thing seemes to be not so good but hey they said they see that themselfes and talk to the devs to make them obtainable better again. So i dont understand the fuzz. Eh you can be pretty sure if you have a Barb with white NPC gear at that level that, most likely his Flesh Ream is like, uh, lv1? Ehm... Maybe im beeing a Noob here but doesnt Expel silence you? So if you wanted to use it after DB to not get damage wouldnt it interrupt your DB because of the silence? Or do you need to use a "silence immunity" skill first to prevent the expel from silencing you? Wouldnt it be easyer to just use absolute domain then?…
