We don't really need kites. We have the teleporters and they are quicker transport than a kite. And kites cost zen to buy. If it's really necessary for us to fly then we should chose to be a winged elf.

I think it's a bug. We're suppose to place the pet icon in the pet window where we can summon and stow it, but the pet window doesn't work.
