If i remember the in game dialogue says clearly 'reward based on rank'. That's if u talk to the Tsunami Army Messenger. Another note... I noticed to that the ring has no dialogue of *cannot be traded etc* meaning... Imo the value of the ring is probably 50-75% of a lunar ... and can be sold. The only main issue is chance…
