http://www.pwcalc.com/c498f25c5bc54062 changed 3 pieces of gear, ~2k more base sparked patk, 1k less max sparked patk, same amount of atk lvs, 11 more def lvs and 3% more crit. drops to 3.33 base but still both are 5.0 sparked.
