Maybe the quest picks up again later? I remember a human timed quest for rhinodrake tears and there was another quest about 10 levels later or so that was part of that same scenario.

Did I miss a quest or something? My psychic is level 13 and I still haven't gotten any armor other than what I got from running to the different merchants.

Well, if you look along the southern side of the map, that entire strip isn't scratched out like the eastern and western sides are. Maybe that's where the Tideborn FB19 is?

Currently, my psychic is level 9 and it seems to be stronger than my wizard was at the level. My wizard was 3-4 shotting mobs back then while my psychic 2 shots them easily, unless they're increased magic defense. Oh, and this is using 9 MAG 1 STR build for both of them. If the number is in blue in the description, that usually means that it increases with level.
