Probably most nuts was the two times mid-70's that I got to charm-tank the last 10% of tentacle boss in 1-2 because the rest of the party got wiped by the nastier AOE. I'm sure there's been a few fun moments of having to grab group aggro with a well-timed roar or alpha male to save the party being idiots that are up there…

Corn's is pure win, but here's a slightly more realistic (in the sense of costing about $50,000 probably since +12ing eleven items ONLY costs $33,462) http://pwcalc.ru/pwi/?char=37bda2d069d3459b 40.6K HP would be fun Here's the 37K demon version I actually want. http://pwcalc.ru/pwi/?char=c7def5f2fb8cefa8 *edit: Should…

I have a PVE zeal (yellow) genie at my level with ToP, solid shield, alpha male, holy path, and the base zeal skill since it is a great shortish range safe pull. I use it all the time in BH69 and TT2-2 if there's no veno in party. I split points fairly evenly between vit, dex, and str, 44, 48, and 50-something. Don't have…

Just spamming ream seems to hold _okay_, but spamming flesh interlaced with devour especially, but anything else that does damage (surf, sunder, even base attacks), seems to really stick the aggro a lot better than just…

Fleshream by itself doesn't seem to generally be able to hold aggro against a same-level archer or mage, so I'd probably agree that it just applies a base threat/hate and the damage of it doesn't affect things that much, but I think the damage from devour, alacrity, and surf thrown in actually seem to make more of a…

And of course five minutes after posting this, I find a thread still on the front page where someone pretty much answered the question in saying that the best aggro hold in the later levels are demons with faster ream, full damage, and usually zerk axes. I'd still like other opinions/experiences though. Is the difference…

I've only come back to the game in the last few weeks, but I have to throw a name out there that, back in the day, was, and still is, one of the only clerics I have ever trusted absolutely in keeping me (and the rest of the party) upright, no matter what we were up against. Lypiphera. Yes he's more of a PVPer/TWer and tank…
