  • I'm have the same issue, although I only paid for mine 6+ hours ago. Got my PayPal Receipt through email and still showing Pending Status in My Wallet.

  • Yeah that's not the case for me, I've bought Zen through PayPal CC method before and I already got my Receipt email as well, just like the original poster. The confirmation email is only sent on the 1st PayPal CC transaction. This seems to be some type of delay.
  • If you chose PayPal payment method, it gives you the option to pay with Credit Card. Paysafecard seems to be a prepaid card method, never used it myself so I'm not sure on the delay to get your ZEN. But with PayPal Credit Card method, especially if you've used it before, it shouldn't be stuck on Pending status. At least…
  • The worse part is if you check the Pending definition, it says it can take a week if it's an eCheck, but I paid with Credit Card. Sent a couple of tickets for it, but havn't gotten any kind of response at all yet.
