I never tried, but as far as I know you can give the wine to tht guy inside the cave and he kills all the mobs on the way. ...If you need the mobs for your quest you shouldn't do it :/ you can get the wine from some npc in archo, he trades it for crafting materials.

both spawns north of etherblade are 1h spawns but the time seems to change sometimes, so I'm not sure if it's true that the bunny spawns regulary even if the "old one" hasn't been killed or tamed.
