Thanks for taking the time to put this together. Do you happen to know if the level of the crafter (char. level not craft level) affects the craft (increasing the chance for 2 or 3 star items)? Or is it just completely random?

Hey everybody, I was having the same problem, even tried installing twice, verifying all, etc. Saw this forum thread, tried the latest direct patch DL from PWI, I went with the 515-560 one which may have been overkill but it WORKED! http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=87242 Good luck!
