Nef is probably the most hated by now =p Then possibly outlaw. Yeah alot of the factions on this list arnt even active anymore. Ohhhh and what ever faction Wizzled is in right now sucks too. ;3

Well you can get stones for your genie from decomposing armor and or weps. Then you just drag the stones to your genie in your backpack.

No it has to be solo. But get a cleric to come with, you not in the same squad and heal you.

Well the meat is 20 something in the dragon quest right..? So try killing monsters within 20-30. Or if your too lazy look around west arch or in the AH.
