There's no such thing as refining for "cheap" anymore. I bet that devs/gms further changed refining chances.. Tried to get my robe to +3 from +4, used tienkangs and over 150 mirages and robe is barely at +2 now. Chinese capitalistic communists. What an oxymoron.
