How about Summoner for Humans? They need something like that. The Summoner can summon stronger than average monster for a limited time, average monsters for an average time etc. They should also be able to get nearby monsters to fight for them for a time. I had a similar problem, but after a few times, it just lagged so much that i couldnt use any abilities, see people or NPCs unless i sat and waited for 20 mins, use the (very belated) teleport master, recieve messages, see monsters or even turn off my wings.
