To add on that, there's a chance that it won't upgrade, and as it further levels up, theres an even further chance that it won't upgrade. The weapon won't break, so don't worry about that, but it may be cheaper, at least for the current moment, to buy stones and try to upgrade them on chance than to buy the CS 100%…

While I wasn't there, I heard it took about 3 hours to hit level 10 when the game opened... I think you're just playing at the wrong times because I hit level 20 in 6 hours the first day I came... and I honestly think I could have leveled up faster, not by the fact that it was my first version and first time playing.. but…

Well the GM said that repeat offenders will get harsher punishments, so yeah.
