Best I can tell, since I haven't run it myself yet, it's a dungeon you can do once a day to kill mobs for exp/sp. I don't think you get any drops and people claim there are still quite a few glitches with it. I'll edit when I run it.

Wow. So many people didn't know Phlebo debuffed. I've never had to use that strategy with my herc, but I also have good -% chan gear. In pinches where I needed to heal faster I have used apothecary (which I no longer carry that pot). It also helped me squeeze in an amp.
