The skin colour can be changed but it doesn't affect the face at all, just the body. A couple of images of my new fishy-sin! Tried to make him look a little fishy... not completely satisfied yet so, a little off topic I know but some suggestions, when posting your own on-topic images etc. would be welcomed!
