You would have had to pass the 'arc:1' parameter to the patcher to use the manual patch - but you might as well just wait for arc to do it for you now.

Unfortunately the cooldown time is what bites the most..especially if your PV runs are fast enough, you're only getting to use the skill once in each instance :( I'll typically pull the entire first half, pick a bloodpython master in the back-line and hope it lives long enough to kill 80~90% of the group. Here's a quick guide for ya ConnerA! Step 1: Learn the Skill Step 2: Enter Warsong, bring 5 additional players and position them accordingly. Step 3: Run test, repeat as needed until enough data is collected. Step 4: Stop arguing about semantics and maybe become a good archer.
