Sai_Raven - Raging Tide Arc User

I'm having the problem that when my quest tracker is on, (I usually keep it on the lower right side between skill bar & buttons) none of the buttons will work. If any part of it is above the buttons, even if I move it to the top of the screen, the buttons below it don't work.

Sorry - I mean where in Archosaur, by whom or what landmark?
