I think KoKo has the right idea seriously need to reduce lag in Arch, but i think PWI should do more also as most game crashes take place in west Arch, they could make a market place where u need an npc in all major town's to transport u there, and set spaces for stalls for ease of shopping that way eveything is in 1…
