Yes, an unbound t2 wep can be traded after its been made into t3. TT based t3 is bound on equip, lunar based t3 remains unbound. This is the only difference between the two. Edit: lol, ninja'd, and by a faction mate at that D:

I only noticed something was wonky when i couldn't get ssao to work with the game any longer, among other eye candies I've enjoyed since Descent's launch. Something got changed. I assumed engine reversion first because...well its wanmei. They never make sense.
