ok well i have noticed that clerics use alot of mp when casting spells even healing spells! and i wanted to no whats the best weapon to use. and witch one will give me the most damage??

I'm so lost i am new to this game and i don't understand how you get your stealth up and how you get your defence level up and soulforce up. can any one please explaine to me how i raise all of those please and thank you!!!!
