Giving Purify to a "Run While Casting" Class seems unfair as heck. XD But it seems they always wind up making the Newest Class OP, then double back for the rest of the classes.

Selling Pigments was and is a viable market endevor. It has slowed down due to the increased gold price (I'm on Harshlands). But then Gold gets to a price where you can sell Black/White/Red Pigments for 2.7m or so a piece. More People will be interested in Buying and therefore would make it a good Market.

As far as I can tell this problem is cross-player/cross-server. But I don't think it up and deleted all of the actual Data cause that would seem kind of random. Totally Possible though :P Noob RedSkittle from a moment ago didn't realize only Harshlands servers were being effected. :P Sorry for the mistake.

This is a hard and expensive item to get, and once you craft it you can't retake or redo the quest to get the original r9 ring.
