Your stats seem to be fine, just try and use those unused points, dont use a bow, because you dont need to! until level 30 which is when you get your flying sword anyway!

If you go to a certain npc... forgot where he/she was there is an option to ''DESTROY ITEM'' Use it, if its bound, cannot be traded dropped or refined, that is your only choice. But flight mastery only works for the starter elf wings, even if you do the quest for the brownish looking ones, flight mastery wouldnt work on them b:victory

Could you maybe have a exp +2% on your armour on one character, if not, then no there is not a exp unbalance unless you are in a party with another player and/or player(s)
