I might be wrong for asking this but wouldn't a well timed tripple spark+ prot pots and AD negate the effects of Electrostatic discharge and the majority of that bum rushed combo that seems to happening? ( i don;t pk much so my knowledge is pretty shallow in this area)

Why would the developers go through all that trouble to create a game with Quests for coins and exp it's called MMORPG for a reason.
