Not true Ursa, psychics will always outdps a wizard with the same refinement and weapon damage and skill levels. Analogy, axe bm -> fist bm is like wizard -> psychic (edited, i was blind x.x) The thing is, they have not gotten their skill upgrade from lvl 10->11 yet and you have so your perspective might be a little…

If by DD you mean DPS, psychics are better DPS-er than wizards. In my opinion, it takes more skills to play a psychic than a wizard because a psychic doesn't just rely on 1 spell (sage bids) to own... They have a lot of buffs and debuffs and also fast casting offensive spell to compensate for their lack of damage per hit.…

Tempest is good to use on bosses when you need to heal and you have all the sparks from healing and can't afford the time to go triple spark -> WT -> cyclone -> PS -> cyclone....
