I didn't receive the celestial fashion set on two of my charakters either and made a ticket for each of them yesterday as suggested. Today the two missing fashion sets mysteriously appeared in my mailbox and I'm really happy with them (despite the crappy colors I got). Thanks a lot PWI Support! =)
