Or maybe you can get the STR requirement for Axes, DEX requirement for Swords/Blades, and the left points into VIT. Just for you to know, the end-game all-weapon build would be 299 STR, 50 (or any amount you like) VIT and the rest into DEX.

Ya me and an archer friend (both 60s) usually run them in less than 5 minutes, unless tabber doesnt know how to follow directions.

Lately I have been using the following macro for killing mobs around my level: Wield Thunder-Ironheart-Cyclone-Plume shot-Cyclone-Plume Shot Depending on mob I usually end with 80%+ HP.

Up to now (level 60), I mostly used weapons that I got from quests: Lvl 2-9 Beginner Bamboo Sword? (Quest) Lvl 10-16 Jewel Quoit? (Quest) Lvl 16-19 Wand of Colors (Quest) Lvl 20-38 Trial Wand +2 Common Sapphires (FB 19) Lvl 39-43 2 star lvl 39 Quoit (Crafted) Lvl 44-47 Dharma Sword (Crafted) Lvl 48-59 Wand of the Red…

I hope you meant 0.1% a kill, or did I miss 10x EXP?

Same thoughts here.

Just check the armor requirements some levels earlier to plan in advance, I think the rule is 1 STR every two levels. The rest of points should go mainly to INT, having at least INT=3x LVL You may put points into VIT, but that is up to you, check guides on that.

Also, until quite much later, I would not recommend to AoE monster(agro many) that are near your level as your HP will go down in no time, specially those with magic attacks. Until now, I have killed 1 on 1, except for much lower level monster I had to kill to help people.

Those levels were also difficult for me, I died like four or five times per level due to high damage taken. Hang on until your Trial Wand at level 20, which will greatly enhance your damage, resulting in easier leveling.

The bank upgrade quest have nothing to do with Dragon Quests, it just ask for the same items. As for those Dragon Quest (21) you have, you can either sell them at personal store or stack a lot of them for Dragon Quests.

No, just no.

For a low budget, use the starting pets (scorpion or wolf) and at level 17 or 18 get a golem. Then you are pretty much set for quite some time.

I saw some forge for mounts at Thousand Streams, one required the level 30 quest sword, but not sure what it does to it. Maybe you can check that.
-
Uh, at level 35 I could hit 3600+ with a crit, quest armors and FB wand. Dont know if this is a strong hit, but whatever...

So I just follow this build: 3 STR, 1 DEX, 1 VIT 2 STR, 2 DEX, 1 VIT until I reach the requirement for the best armor and the suggested 50 VIT cap, then just pump the other points into DEX?
