  • Lovely, i been charging in dollars for ages and now this new law **** makes it so we have to charge in euros...i cant afford that, so i say stick it, i give up, PWI has slowly been going down the pan for a while now, this is the cherry on the cake. I give up, good riddance.

  • No, i've seen people selling and buying them in world chat. At first i thought the same thing when i searched them on the wikipedia, but unless it's a bug or glitch, they seem tradeable.
