A WinXP step-by-step instruction does not necessarily work for other operating systems. Because of that I asked. But on Vista it works nearly the same. Just have a look HERE (Google: "Vista Asian Language Pack"). As far as I know, there will be no download, but just an additional installation of the language pack.

I would not recommend USB Flash drives for applications needing a lot of file accesses like PW does. If used like that, most of them will have a short life period. Besides, they are not as reliable as harddrives (when removed accidentally for example).

As Summer_Blush said, your client would be very slow if you would load it from a DVD Rom drive. And even if this would not matter, you would not be able to update it properly.
