Sometimes the site will be down. Just keep trying. If it still doesn't work then try restarting your computer. If it STILL doesn't work then try it on a different browser. Thats all the help I can give you. Good Luck.

I had the same problem, I went to about 5 7-11's when i was walking around. They said that they didn't have any and that they probably weren't gonna get them. I had to go to target to get the last card.

I was able to find them from heartless wolves and treeline wolfkin. They are located at the mines west of Archosaur. Good Luck.
