What level is the Herc? I suspect the pet's level does affect drop rates, and if that is true being lower level than the mob you're fighting also nerfs your droprate in the same way that you would get no loot from a low level mob.

I don't get this... RoC is good at PvP, bad at PvE. If TE were to hit and take Plume that would be an excellent pretext for RoC to take a level 2 land. I'm not saying that TE would lose it easily, but I'd be willing to bet RoC would have a much easier time taking it from TE than NPCs.

Apologies, I didn't realize you had absolutely no ability to level without doing zhen parties. Barbs that are in TW usually (or at least should) have access to some of that 10mil/land, and TT mats can be sold for a decent profit.
