Cube arena is a terrible place to have a 6vs6 at, its close range based which would mean BMs and barbs has the biggest advantage aswell as no air enabled. Making competition on a WB and racing for the kill is allowed, its not against the rules and on a pvp server its done often yes. Resetting a WB at near death is considered as bad as pulling a WB to a city.

If everyone is thinking about aps I dont see why they rolled archer. Why not just go BM and get higher defences atleast. If you were any smarter you wouldnt have made a comment like that. TW isnt a solo event, you work in squads and relaying on 1 person or 1 group will bring you nowhere, every single person matters in a TW.
