yes, its lvl 4 sitting at 100%, and how much coin/ spirit? and another question, what lvl does the char have to be to get lvl 5 it might be cuz of my lvl on that char.

I talked to 1k elder, arch elder, tellus elder, dreamweaver elder and they do not have anything for me to get my blacksmith to lvl5 and it is sitting at 100%. how can i get it to lvl 5 when its sitting at 100% and no elder has anything for me to get it to 5

which elder do i go to to get my blacksmith to lvl5? I went to 1k, arch elder, tellus elder and they don't got anything for me to make it to lvl 5, and its sitting at 100%.
