Land Elder is in Old Heaven's Tear (the Travel-back-in-time-quest) he's next to forges right on the Heaven's Tear platform where U R teleported Also he has "trade card" option, where you trade book frags for cards. Anything else I don't quite understand b:sad

nope, it didn't work for me that's why I wrote exactly what I did and what I can't I can't speak to that bookseller (quest related problem) and I bought the book and go with it to Archo elder and he won't upgrade my apo to lvl 4
